Is your jewelry stainless?

Our stainless steel jewelry is highly resistant to everyday challenges and can be put under water.

Is your jewelry adjustable?

Most of our jewelry is adjustable by hand, depending on your finger or wrist size. You can find this information in the description of the product pages.

What are the delivery times?

All orders are prepared within 24/48 hours. They are then sent by La Poste within 3 to 4 days. You will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your order.

 

Can we ask for a piece of jewelry to be repaired?

If your jewelry arrives at its destination damaged by its delivery, it is possible to have it repaired. To do this, simply contact our after-sales service tag.moonink@gmail.com by attaching a photo of the jewelry and your order number.

Any jewelry damaged more than one month after its purchase cannot be repaired.
